Donald Trump Just Proved Rupert Murdoch Wrong

(JustPatriots.com)- Ex-President Trump has failed to live up to the forecasts made by his former ally and now adversary, Rupert Murdoch, after the presidential election in 2020.

According to recent reports, Murdoch informed a Fox News employee that by the time Joseph Biden was elected in January 2021, Trump would be inconsequential because of Biden’s victory.

The head of News Corp. predicted to former executive Preston Padden that soon Trump would be obsolete and we’ll have much to say regarding Biden, Democrats, and appointments in an email dated November 23, 2020.

However, as the United States prepares for the next presidential election, Trump’s reputation is not fading away. Even though he has been out of office for almost two years, the former president is still a major player in the Republican party and a frontrunner for the 2024 election, as reports reveal.

Despite the addition of other Republican candidates, such as former governor Nikki Haley of South Carolina and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy, Trump continues to dominate in the polls and has a sizable lead over DeSantis, who hasn’t declared his candidacy for president in 2024.

According to a report, Trump recalled on social media in 2022 that the network had attempted to prevent him from capturing the Republican primary in the 2016 presidential election. Trump claimed it was much like 2015 and 2016 when Fox News battled him until he won, referring to the cable network’s effort to cripple him in the 2016 GOP primary.

He said they couldn’t have been kinder or more encouraging after his 2016 win.

Trump remembered how the media had gushed about Jeb Bush during the GOP primary, despite Bush’s lack of support among voters.

In jest, Trump suggested that CNN should spin out a conservative cable news organization dedicated just to having him on.  Trump said the network would be the most profitable in history.  An additional news organization might have made a ton of money while helping the United States.
