Supreme Court Finally Reviewing Vaccine Case, Although No Decision Yet

( Last Friday the Supreme Court held oral arguments in the fast-track case regarding the Biden Administration’s vaccine mandates.

The Court agreed to hear arguments on the OSHA vaccine-or-test mandate for employers with over 100 workers and the regulation from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requiring vaccinations for all health care workers.

And during oral arguments on Friday, the Court’s three liberal justices spread so much disinformation about COVID, if they’d said it on Twitter, they’d be permanently banned.

And while all three Liberal Justices told some amazing whoppers, the so-called “wise Latina” Sonia Sotomayor’s blazing ignorance and lies took the cake.

At one point, Sotomayor claimed that over 100,000 children are currently in the hospital in serious condition with COVID, “and many on ventilators.”

Yeah, that’s just not true. There are 3,342 children currently hospitalized for COVID.

Sotomayor also claimed that the far milder Omicron variant is just as deadly as the Delta variant. It’s not.

She also claimed that hospitals in the US are “almost at full capacity with people severely ill on ventilators.” This claim was also repeated by Liberal Justice Stephen Breyer.

Hospitals aren’t anywhere near full capacity.

It’s rather telling that the Liberal Justices on the Court are so determined to defend the Democrat administration, they will happily lie through their teeth to do it.

In one astonishing moment, Sotomayor said she didn’t understand why states have the power to implement mandates, but the federal government doesn’t. Has Sonia Sotomayor ever read the Constitution? How on earth did a woman this ignorant make it onto the Supreme Court?

The “wise Latina” also didn’t understand why OSHA can regulate machines that emit sparks but can’t regulate people infected with COVID.

Justice Breyer also claimed that there were 750 million new cases of COVID in the United States – a nation whose population is about 330 million.

When you get through all the nonsensical claims, the gist of the three Liberal Justices’ arguments was clear: they believe that the Constitution does not apply during a pandemic.

As the case was fast-tracked, a decision is expected in a matter of days.
