(JustPatriots.com)- After her arrest, Jen Shah of “The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City” wrote a diary post, which her husband Sharrieff read aloud to their Instagram followers.
According to the statement delivered by her husband, Shah surrendered to Bryan Federal Prison Camp to spend six and a half years for her participation in a telemarketing fraud, and she was not confident that she would survive the first day.
She said her stomach “hurts so bad,” and she doesn’t feel like she “fits in here.”
In her video, she pleads for help from Allah.
Shah said she had a rough time turning herself in to the authorities. She said she couldn’t breathe, and her hands grew numb two kilometers from Bryan Federal Prison Camp. She called the situation “surreal.”
Shah detailed her last preparations before entering the institution that would serve as her home for the next few years.
The reality TV personality cried when it was time to say goodbye to her youngest kid.
It was the last time Shah could hug Omar for a while, so she “leaned over and hugged Omar as tight as she could and cried as I buried my head in his chest.”
The certainty that she would be apart from her beloved weighed hard on her heart.
She said Sharrieff unlocked the rear passenger seat door, and she turned to embrace him; “embracing him as if holding him tighter would somehow erase this dreadful dream,” she wrote.
She yearned to keep in mind the feel of his arms around her, his scent on her skin, and the warmth of his touch. Both of her hands were covering his face. Tears flowing down her face, she gazed into his eyes and told him, “You are the love of my life, and I love you more than anything in the world.”
She said her whole body had gone numb, her world was collapsing around her, and she was terrified.
As Sharieff read the heartfelt piece from Shah’s notebook, he was moved to tears.
