New Epstein Victim Details Abuse

( Yet another woman has come forward to claim that dead millionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein sexually abused her when she was just 17 years old. The incident allegedly took place in his luxurious Manhattan townhouse, according to a lawsuit filed in the Manhattan Supreme Court on Friday.

The suit was filed just a day before the New York Child Victim’s Act’s “look-back window,” which empowered and encouraged victims of abuse in their childhood to come forward as adults and file suits against their alleged attackers and any institutions that may have been complicit in the crime. The window allowed these victims to make their case even if the claims go back before the statute of limitations.

According to this last-minute suit, in 2003, financier Epstein sexually assaulted the unnamed 17-year-old girl, before abusing, battering, and even raping her on at least two different occasions in his Manhattan home. The victim says that she suffered and continues to suffer from extreme mental stress, anguish, emotional problems, and humiliation.

The court also heard how the woman has experienced economic losses as a result of the attack.

The suit was filed against the estate of the dead 66-year-old millionaire, seeking unspecified damages.

Let’s hope she gets the justice she deserves.

Lawyers representing the victim have not responded to requests for comment from various media outlets, indicating that the women appears to be making her case anonymously and does not want to become the focus of a media circus. And who blames her?

If successful, she will be one of a number of victims to successfully take a share of the dead millionaire’s estate. The Epstein Victims’ Compensation Program has already paid out some $121 million to over 130 victims.
