Monica Lewinsky Says Something Feels “Strange” After Being Implicated In Bill Clinton Scandal

( Monica Lewinsky, who is still most commonly known for her affair with former President Bill Clinton and her “encounter” with him in the Oval Office, celebrated her 48th birthday on Friday.

In a tweet, she said that she has now been a public person for half of her life, describing it as a “strange thought.”

She went on to say that she is grateful for everyone who is a part of her community online, and got hundreds of thousands of interactions in no time.

For many, Lewinsky is an example of how it’s possible to overcome bullying and media attacks – while for others, Lewinsky is another left-wing opportunist who latches onto left-wing social issues to stay relevant.

I mean, she does have her pronouns in her bio…as if we didn’t already know that she is a woman.

Lewinsky was only 21 years old when she started working as an intern at the White House during the Clinton administration. As the story goes, she would flirt with the president and he would return in kind, only for their relationship to go beyond professional and for the pair to begin a sexual relationship.

It’s one of the things that ultimately led to the impeachment of former President Bill Clinton, and is one of the most embarrassing incidents involving a sitting U.S. president in modern history.

Can you imagine if President Donald Trump had had a sexual relationship with an intern during his time in office? They wouldn’t have just impeached him…they would have insisted he retire from politics for the rest of his life.

And yet for some reason, former President Bill Clinton is still a staple of the modern Democratic Party and has repeatedly appeared as part of Democrat presidential campaigns.

You just can’t make things like that up.
