Letter Confirms Matt Gaetz Blackmail Story

(JustPatriots.com)- The story of Rep. Matt Gaetz being investigated over alleged instances of “child sex trafficking” and being set up by the FBI is so bizarre that even Fox News reporter Tucker Carlson seemed perplexed by it during a recent interview…but an unearthed letter might show that Gaetz is telling the truth.

An email between the lawyer representing Rep. Gaetz’s father, who is tied up in the scandal, and Assistant U.S. Attorney David Goldberg, reveals that the FBI is involved with the investigation into whether the Republican politician is being extorted.

“I can confirm that your client is working with my office as well as the FBI at the government’s request in order to determine if a federal crime has been committed,” the email reads. “This has been discussed with, and approved by, the FBI as well as the leadership of my office and components of Main Justice.”

The letter came after Gaetz’s family lawyer send this email on March 25:

“My client, Don Gaetz, was approached by two individuals to make a sizable payment in what I would call a scheme to defraud. The FBI is not asking Don to voluntarily and proactively assist in their investigation, which Don is willing to do. Please confirm that your Office and the FBI would like Don’s assistance in this matter and that he will be working at the Government’s request.”

The incredible story hit the headlines after the New York Times ran a story claiming that Gaetz was being investigated for child sex trafficking, but Gaetz quickly revealed that his family was being extorted for tens of millions of dollars.

Gaetz described the incredible story during an interview on Fox News with Tucker Carlson.

The Fox anchor said it was the “weirdest interview” he had ever done, and sources also say he is “livid” after the politician attempted to pull him into the controversy by suggesting Carlson knew one of the people involved in the case.

We’ll keep you updated on how this one goes. If Gaetz really is being blackmailed by an official from a federal government agency, then this story is about to get even crazier.
