(JustPatriots.com)- A judge mandated that the University of Delaware reveal further details regarding its agreement to keep secret Biden’s Senate documents. The court has until the end of July to get additional information from the University.
Biden’s records won’t be made public for two years after he leaves, according to the University of Delaware, which has refused to release them.
An email from a school official stated that the collection of former Vice President Biden’s senatorial papers is currently being processed, with many items yet to be cataloged.
Until two years after Mr. Biden leaves public life, the entire collection will be off-limits to the public.
In 2020, Judicial Watch and the Daily Caller News Foundation initially filed a FOIA complaint about all 1,850 boxes of data that comprised Biden’s senate files.
Judge Mary M. Johnston of the Superior Court of Delaware ruled that the institution failed to demonstrate that it conducted a complete search for the Biden records requested in a complaint by conservative groups. She commanded the school to provide evidence of its search.
She gave the school 45 days to provide the court with more information in a follow-up report.
The university was required to submit an affidavit describing who conducted the records search on campus, what documents were looked through, and whether any tax dollars were expended or salaries were paid concerning the Senate papers.
Because there would be evidence of a sexual assault accusation made by Tara Reade in 1993, Biden doesn’t want his senate records to be made public.
Reade has urged Biden on numerous occasions to make the University of Delaware-held records from his 36 years as a senator, which are currently unavailable to the general public, public.
Joe Biden also spoke to Vladimir Putin while he was a senator. What did then-Senator Joe Biden talk about with Putin?
Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton says that the University of Delaware is protecting Joe Biden, and the courts are getting restless with the shell games.
Naturally, President Biden might put a stop to the argument by simply disclosing the specifics of his Senate records. What is Biden keeping secret?
