Hunter Biden Evidence Uncovered

( Last week, the Washington Post reported that investigators conducting the probe into Hunter Biden’s finances have had enough evidence for months to indict him on tax crimes. But the final decision on whether to charge Hunter will be made by Delaware US Attorney, David Weiss.

Weiss, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, has been overseeing the probe into Hunter’s possible violations of foreign lobbying, money laundering, and fraud. To avoid accusations of undue influence, President Biden did not replace Weiss with a new US Attorney while the probe was going on.

Citing “people familiar with the investigation,” the Post reported that investigators had decided months ago that they had assembled a viable criminal case against the younger Biden, not just for the foreign lobbying, money laundering, and fraud, but also for lying on a federal gun purchase form about his drug abuse. Lying on the form is a felony.

NBC News then confirmed the story citing their own anonymous source. In response, Hunter Biden’s attorney, Chris Clark sent a statement to NBC blasting their anonymous source, noting that leaking information about a grand jury investigation is a felony.

Clark told NBC News that the federal official cited in their report had committed a felony, adding that he expected the Department of Justice to “diligently investigate and prosecute such bad actors.”

Clark also said he expected the prosecutors to be diligent and thorough, “as is proper and legally required,” and will weigh “not just evidence provided by agents, but also all the other witnesses in this case,” including defense witnesses.

The nervous Clark said the US Attorney’s office “should not be pressured, rushed, or criticized for doing their job.”

Just days later, Hunter’s dad decided to weigh in.

During his interview with Biden Tuesday evening, CNN’s Jake Tapper brought up the Washington Post and NBC News reports and President Biden defended his slacker son, saying he was “proud of my son.” Biden said Hunter’s only problem was his drug addiction and since he got clean, “he’s on the straight and narrow.”
