FBI Dumps Governor Whitmer “Kidnapping” Agent After Shocking Allegations

(JustPatriots.com)- According to reports, the FBI agent who was credited with thwarting an alleged plot to kidnap the Democratic Governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer, has been fired after it was revealed that he allegedly beath his wife.

Special Agent Richard Trask was involved with a scheme that many have claimed was an effort to set up activists by encouraging them to coordinate a kidnapping plot. The 39-year-old FBI agent was fired by the FBI last week after reports suggested that he hit his wife after getting jealous while attending a swingers’ party.

The Detroit News spoke to an anonymous source, describing how the agent allegedly grabbed his wife and hit her head over a nightstand. He then allegedly choked her during an argument stemming from their attendance at a swinger’s party. He is now facing 10 years in prison and will go to trial to determine whether he is guilty of intent to do great bodily harm.

This arrest has been used recently by defense attorneys representing those accused of plotting to kidnap Governor Whitmer. Those attorneys suggest that Trask’s arrest should raise questions for the judge about why he was working on the case, and whether his behavior indicates that he may have been acting unprofessionally.

On Wednesday, defense attorneys requested that the trial be delayed by another 90 days to investigate the conduct of other FBI agents who worked with Trask.

Five men are currently awaiting trial that is set to begin on October 12. Prosecutors have already moved Trask as a witness.

Given the way the FBI behaved during the investigation into baseless claims that former President Donald Trump colluded with Russia to win the 2016 election, do you think it’s out of the question that an (alleged) wife-beater in the FBI might have worked to set people up?
