Clinton Appointed Judge Blocks Law Enforcement

( A federal judge has suspended Title 42, an order from the Trump Administration prohibiting asylum applicants at the US border.

In 2020, President Trump utilized Title 42 to remove individuals seeking asylum during the Covid epidemic.

President Joe Biden ordered the repeal of Title 42 on May 23, but a judge chosen by former President Trump prevented him from carrying out the repeal earlier this year.

On Tuesday, a Bill Clinton-appointed Judge, Emmet Sullivan, suspended Title 42.

You will recall Sullivan as the judge in the case involving General Michael Flynn, a former national security adviser to President Trump.

Sullivan once informed Flynn that he was incapable of concealing his “disgust” or “disdain” for him.

Judge Sullivan is known to be pro-illegal alien and anti-Trump.

Sullivan issued the injunction on Tuesday in response to a plea from the ACLU.

Since Joe Biden took office in January 2021, nearly 2.5 million illegal immigrants have already crossed the border. Terminating Title 42 will worsen the situation.

CNN reported that even though the regulation was drafted by the Trump administration during the Covid-19 outbreak, the Biden administration has heavily depended on it to handle the spike in border crossings.

In Washington, DC, District Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled that the Title 42 decision was “arbitrary and capricious” in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act.

Before Title 42, all border-arrested migrants were processed under immigration law. Thousands of returned migrants have been housed in shelters along the border. Given limited resources and the large number of persons attempting to enter the nation, officials have already expressed concern about what the end of Title 42 may portend.

CNN requested a response from the Department of Homeland Security but had received no statement.

The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and other immigration advocacy groups filed the request for an injunction, which encompasses all demographics, including single persons and families. Unaccompanied children were previously exempt from the order.

The dangerous and illegal human trafficking will continue at a quicker pace.
The Biden Administration has yet to answer for the children that have crossed the border and are now missing.
