(JustPatriots.com)- On Sunday, the Chinese Communist Party confirmed that it would take “necessary measures” as a response to an announcement made by the U.S. Commerce Department that 19 Chinese companies would be placed under an economic blacklist. It comes after the companies were revealed to have been involved in various human rights abuses in China, including the use of slave labor in camps used to detain Uyghur Muslims.
The Chinese Ministry of Commerce revealed that the decision to sanction the companies was a “serious breach of international economic and trade rules” and claimed that it was an unreasonable form of suppression.
It’s pretty clear at this point that China depends on trade with the United States and free countries to support its insane economic system.
Where would China be if the rest of the world didn’t rely on the country to provide cheaply-made goods>
The Commerce Department of the United States Bureau of Industry and Security issued a press release describing how 14 of the 19 blacklisted companies had taken part in a campaign of “repression, mass detention, and high-technology surveillance” against various ethnic minorities in China, including Kazakhs and Uyghurs.
Another five companies were added after they supported military modernization programs in China, which is an ongoing effort by the Chinese Communist Party to create genetically superior military personnel and more advanced military technology.
The companies placed on this blacklist will now face more scrutiny from the United States if they ask to purchase goods from U.S. suppliers, and may be required to apply for various licenses.
China continued to deny the existence of Uyghur concentration camps, and we still don’t know what China’s retaliation is going to be.
