Amy Schumer Vows To “Burn Every Bridge” Over Oscars

( Amy Schumer, the insufferably politically correct comedian who pretends to be edgy, has promised to “burn every bridge” when she hosts the 2022 Academy Awards this year.

Schumer is all set to co-host the 94th Academy Awards alongside Regina Hall and Wanda Sykes. It will be the first Academy Awards ceremony to have a host in three years, owing to social distancing and lockdown measures during the pandemic.

Speaking to Jenn Lahmers of “Extra’s,” Schumer said that she going to get herself in trouble “as usual.”

“Wanda, Regina are hilarious and we’re having a blast preparing,” she said.

Does she think that she’s going to be able to take the world by storm with a performance similar to Ricky Gervais’ scathing takedowns of Hollywood stars when he hosted the Oscars in 2020?

If so, then she’ll have to stop being a slave to left-wing activists and finally say something funny for once.

Schumer was speaking to Lahmers about her new series “Life & Beth” on Hulu and was asked who chose her to present the upcoming award show.

“I mean, I don’t know who made the decision to let me personally be a host, but it’s not a good one,” she said. “Because it’ll burn all bridges. I’ll burn every bridge.”

Okay, Amy. We’ll be waiting for something offensive and/or funny. We’ll be waiting…
