“Secret Security” Building Bursts Into Flames In Russia

(JustPatriots.com)- Ammunition stored in a warehouse exploded, killing at least one person at a Russian FSB office 75 miles from Ukraine, regional reports show.

The FSB border patrol department facility in Rostov-on-Don, Russia,  exploded several times this morning before catching fire. The FSB’s one-story attached structure is where the fire reportedly started.

According to the Tass news agency, at least one person was killed once the blazing fire raced through the structure, one individual perished, and two more were wounded.

Eyewitnesses reported hearing a succession of explosions about every few seconds just after ammo started the fire.

Authorities said that they had sent rescue workers to the cordoned-off area.

The fire has spread over 880 square meters, according to the fire department.

The Russian government is reportedly worried that the recent explosions and fires were the result of sabotage by those who oppose Putin’s war in Ukraine.

Since Russia invaded Ukraine last February, many cases of sabotage on Russian territory have been blamed on the Ukrainian partisans.

An ex-spokesperson for Ukraine’s leader Volodymyr Zelensky shared photos of the blaze on social media but said that Kyiv might not be at fault.

No inbound missiles or drone assaults were reported by authorities.

In the meantime, recent reports show that a deal that lets Ukraine export grain safely through the Black Sea was extended for at least 60 days, which is half of what was originally planned. Russia stated that any further extension past May would rely on the revocation of sanctions imposed by the West.

The pact was made between Ukraine and Russia last July. In November, it was extended for another 120 days. The goal was to stop a food supply crisis made worse by Russia’s invasion and blockade of the Black Sea in 2022.

Russia and Ukraine are two of the biggest food exporters in the world. Russia is one of the biggest exporters of fertilizer.
